1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how MediConnex HongKong Limited (Hong Kong Business Registration Number 80524054, "MediConnex", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://mediconnex.com.cn (the "Website"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit it. Cookies allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the site.

3. Cookies in the current Website package
The current Website package includes our cookie-preference control. It does not include an analytics or advertising tracker, marketing pixel or third-party embedded video player. Selecting an optional category in that control does not itself install or activate a tracker.

This preference record is strictly necessary to remember and respect your choices. The analytics, functional and marketing categories displayed in the preference control are reserved for optional tools; no such tools are activated by the current package. We do not use advertising-network cookies for behavioural advertising or health-condition profiling.
Before activating an optional tool, we will identify its name, provider, purpose, duration and any international transfer in this policy, update the Privacy Policy where needed, and obtain the consent required for that use. The preference control alone is not evidence that a particular tool is deployed or that a future purpose has been accepted.
4. How we get your consent
When you visit the Website for the first time you see a cookie banner. You can:
- Accept all — records consent choices for the displayed categories; the current package still sets only the preference record;
- Reject all — records refusal of optional categories; only the preference record is set;
- Customise — choose which non-essential categories to enable.
